Pascal joined Conflict International in the summer of 2021 as a International New Business Consultant.

Over a period of 40 years, Pascal has accumulated substantial international professional experience in the global hospitality industry. He has worked for the InterContinental Hotel Group across Europe and Africa in various accounting and management roles. Most notably, he worked with financial services giant 'AMEX'.

During a career spanning 25 years at Amex, he gained a profound understanding of the challenges facing the card payment industry. Leading to management of business, teams and projects accross Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

After occupying several senior roles in business development, marketing and communication for their international merchant division, his last 13 years at AMEX were spent with the Global Network Services Group. Where he was the Vice President and General Manager for New Business Development for the EMEA region.

Pascal brings with him the knowledge and experience to franchise and expand on business wihtin the international financial services industry. Having franchised the AMEX brand to retail banks, merchant acquiries and financial institutions globally.
